01 How the product works

BrandColors serves color palettes from a library of real brands, selected by the category and subcategory you choose. Palettes are not generated by AI: the same inputs return the same palettes every time. You acknowledge that:

• Palettes are drawn from colors that real brands already use. They are not exclusive to you, and other users who pick the same market will see the same palettes.
• Artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) is used only to draft your brand voice and typography suggestions from the answers you provide. Like all AI output, these drafts may produce similar results for similar inputs.
• You are responsible for vetting any output — palettes, voice, and typography — for suitability and legality before use.

02Brand data & intellectual property

Our Explorer features publicly available brand color palettes and strategic analysis for educational and research purposes. All brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on BrandColors.ai remain the property of their respective owners.

• Brand color data is sourced from publicly available materials and displayed for educational and strategic reference.
• BrandColors.ai does not claim ownership of any third-party brand assets.
• Written insights (color psychology, positioning analysis) represent our analytical interpretation and are not endorsed by or affiliated with the brands displayed.
• Removal requests: if you are an authorized representative of a brand and would like your brand's data removed from our platform, please contact us at hello@brandcolors.ai. We will process removal requests within 10 business days.

Your usage rights for the palettes and deliverables you take away are set out in the License.

03Payments & billing

BrandColors is sold as a one-time purchase. Buying a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Founding) grants lifetime access to that plan. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no automatic renewals.

• Billing: you pay once at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• Refunds: all sales are final. Because access is granted in full immediately on purchase, we do not offer refunds.

04 Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

05 Limitation of liability

In no event shall BrandColors.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

06 Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
